Successfully created and implemented marketing plans, utilizing cost-effective promotional outreach and gorilla marketing with fungal social media tools to expand outreach and visibility. 

I have held the positions of Internet / Intranet Technical Lead for the State Department Foreign Service web and multimedia developers, Press and Technical Liaison for the Public Affairs of the Library of Congress, Webmaster, Web Admin, CMS Administrator, Forum Administrator, Content Curator, Social Media Manager, Computer repair, and IT Helpdesk.

My professional roles required key knowledge in PC / Mac computers, computer repair, technical support. written communications, social media, 508 compliance, video editing, CMS coding (including Lightspeed eCommerce, WordPress and Drupal) and overall solutions consultant.

Under these positions, I developed an in house content management system, medical information/tracking applications, LMS, project portal, graphic management system, millions of conversion (static into dynamic/CMS) and much more.
